With over three decades of real estate experience, Beverley brings a wealth of knowledge, a global perspective, and unwavering dedication to every client interaction.
Her career began in South Africa, where she launched her own boutique brokerage in Johannesburg. After relocating to Toronto in 1998, Beverley swiftly earned her real estate and broker licenses, establishing herself as a trusted expert in the real estate market. Known for her personalized approach, she works closely with buyers, sellers, and investors—guiding them seamlessly through each step of the transaction and beyond. Relocation services are a particular strength, with countless clients comfortably settling into Toronto and the surrounding areas under her care.
As a dynamic team leader, Beverley ensures a trusted network of legal, financial, and inspection professionals supports her clients. Her strong negotiating skills and client-first philosophy create a smooth, stress-free real estate experience. Beverley is also a past volunteer on the Member Communications and Engagement Committee with the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, contributing to industry excellence alongside respected leaders. Her real estate journey has taken her across Ontario and around the globe, from urban condos to lakeside retreats.
Outside of real estate, Beverley is an avid animal lover and proud owner of a Bengal cat. She enjoys cycling, cooking, fitness, knitting, travel, astrology, and is currently learning Spanish.

Andrea’s passion for real estate stems from a deeply personal experience. At a young age, she witnessed her mother being taken advantage of during a real estate transaction—an experience that shaped her purpose and propelled her into the industry. This defining moment inspired Andrea to build a career grounded in advocacy, integrity, and expertise, with one goal in mind: to be the trusted professional every client deserves.
